Yeah. Why not?

Yeah. Why not?
Cate: Nicely done. Just to double check, you made sure that the Nerada can’t be detected by Future Foundation tech?

It’s NOT your fault. It’s not any of our faults. The only people to blame are the fuckers with the guns.

Not too much to say, honestly… Kaede’s really, really good on the piano… Ultimate level, I’d say, if that was still a thing. I’m decent at it, but better on the violin…

As for what you’re probably asking about, what happened during the tragedy… well, mom, dad and I managed to hide it out in a bomb shelter. We… we thought Kaede had died, for most of it… still thought so until late January, where the police called us in and told us that she’d wandered in.

The Tragedy for me… I got caught on the outside during it all. Wasn’t ever brainwashed, or anything, no despairs got their hooks into me… not for real anyways. I was lucky enough to find a broken Monokuma helmet in Towa City, wore that around and pretended to be one of the brainwashed kids until I could get the hell out of there. The reason it took so long for me to get back to my family after it ended though… I ended up locked in a shelter myself. It was cramped, and dark… held more than enough food for me to live in there for what I’m guessing was almost two years, but I was alone, and there were a lot of points where it was dark, and silent…

In a lot of ways, being in the shelter was worse than being out in the chaos.

That’s what she says though. And you know what, it’s been months since I haven’t had pillars pushed to the side, or other random crap to save me at the last minute, and I’ve been fine.

No, he was murdered in a room, then the killer climbed down into the bathroom to clean up the blood on his hands.
Soetsu: Twenty! *He pauses* That’s not quite it, is it… we’ve got all those fours still…

That doesn’t excuse the fact that she never even tried to help us get home! She just spouted some cryptic bullcrap about how we couldn’t or things wouldn’t go well.

Not to mention she insinuated I needed protecting from Kaede…

The ghost of Mukuro Ikusaba was as unhelpful and annoying as she was when she was alive. Quite frankly, I think we’re better off without her.

You know, counting Naegi vanishing as a kick in the balls from last year, I was hoping this year would be calm. And it almost was! We almost had a whole year where nobody got shot, or stabbed, or threatened directly! Almost!

The job in question will be to work as bodyguards for the head of Specucorp, a new corporation which recently snatched up the last remains of what was once Monaca Towa’s company, and are currently in negotiations with Byakuya Togami to buy what remains of his company. It’s head, Irija Dun, is a very private man, making almost no public appearances ever. I already have his secretary sending me as much information as she can glean, however, that’s not much. Having more than one person on the inside would be incredibly valuable.

You’re tellin’ us we get to be spies? Hell yeah, we’re in!
